While there is definitely a strong appeal towards mixing contemporary styling with older homes, especially within the historical neighbourhoods like Woodfield and Old East Village, London is also experiencing a surge in new construction. You can sometimes score a good price in the pre-construction stage (depending on the developer) and there are a variety of financing options for different new development projects.

Chelsea Green Meadows

Sunlight Heritage Homes present this new, 24 unit development on Brookside Street in the South East area of London, Ontario. The homes range in price from $207,790 to $302,230 and take full advantage of their close proximity to the Thames Valley Parkway, making use of the natural elements to blend a new construction feel within the stunning nature. The Gates of Northridge

This single-family development by Wastell Homes features 44 large units. Starting at $338,900, these homes are located in the North East area of London, Ontario, close to Kilally Valley Park. If you are looking for new developments just outside of London (in Ilderton), this Sifton Properties development features large lots sizes (50’ to 60’) and some of the Phase 2 home lots are 300’ deep, backing onto nature.
